Position Summary
This is a relationship-focused, collaborative role for someone who enjoys connecting community-based partners to meaningful, hands-on youth & family experiences. The Manager, Community Partnerships supports the development and coordination of programmatic partnerships that directly deliver Girl Scout programming across the community. Reporting to the Director of Community Partnerships, this role is part of the council’s external partnerships team and works with an assigned portfolio of organizations and businesses that serve as program partners—providing expertise, activities, and experiences for Girl Scouts. The position focuses on day-to-day relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and strong program and event execution. This role works closely with internal teams—including membership, philanthropy, and marketing—to support partner-led programs, recruitment, and community engagement efforts, while helping ensure a positive and engaging experience for both partners and participants.
This is a remote position. Employee must reside within the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area and attend regular in-person meetings that may occur across our council’s 47 counties.
