The American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) is a not-for-profit association comprised of 63 Member Boards dedicated to the proper and efficient regulation of veterinary medicine in the interest of public protection. We are committed to supporting and advancing the regulatory process for veterinary medicine and being the source for comprehensive information and services to advance and strengthen veterinary regulation.

About the Role
This administrative position is primarily responsible for customer service, application processing, and eligibility review for the examinations of the AAVSB, including, but not limited to the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE), international educational assessment programs, and state and provincial assessments. This position includes extensive contact with key stakeholders including the Member Boards, veterinary technology/nursing programs, veterinary schools, allied organizations, and exam vendors in providing program services support.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Education and Experience
Required: Associate’s degree and three years of relevant office and customer service experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years relevant experience in an education setting or nonprofit association.
Occasional travel and weekend work might be necessary to fulfill the position’s responsibilities.
