Job Summary:
The Grants Manager is a strategic member of the development team, responsible for leading the full lifecycle of institutional grants management, including research, proposal development, submission, reporting, and stewardship. This role serves as the primary grant writer and administrator for foundation, corporate, government, and United Way funding. The Grants Manager works cross-functionally with the Development, Marketing, Finance, and Mission Delivery teams to align funding opportunities with Girl Scouts’ strategic priorities and community impact. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and strategic project manager with the ability to synthesize complex information, develop program budgets, ensure compliance with funder requirements, and manage multiple deadlines with precision.
