As part of the Clore Team you will be responsible for managing several steps within the shipping process.  This process is essential to providing on-time delivery, satisfying our customers and to our long-term success at Clore.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Pull and prepare orders for LTL shipment.
  • Build pallets according to Pick List.
  • Label and stage completed orders for final shipment.
  • Record the weigh and dimensions of shipments.
  • Machine wrap pallets (there will be some hand wrapping of pallets).
  • Perform Inventory cycle counts per Cycle Count Sheets (as needed).
  • Follow safety policies and standards.

Other duties within the warehouse will be part of this role, depending on workload, seasonality, or other priorities. These duties include:   

  • Unload palletized and floor loaded ocean containers.
  • Receiving LTL shipments, (counting, condition, signing and system updating).
  • Transfer product within the warehouse.
  • Replenish product into pullable locations.
  • Product Put-away into location after inspection.
  • Pull and process orders for Parcel shipment.
  • Consolidate cartons for parcel carriers.
  • Load & unload trucks.
  • Perform daily warehouse inventory counts.
  • Assign Carrier Routings to Shipments.
  • Create and prepare BOL's for shipments.
  • Update orders as shipped and closed-out.
  • Complete Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN's) to customers.
  • Create and forward Canadian Export documents with shipments.
  • Correspond with other departments.
  • Operate forklift and pallet-jacks.
  • Cross train on other facility job functions within the facility.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be able to regularly lift 10 – 50 pounds, with occasional heavier weights (team lifting recommended for heavier weights).
  • Solid general math skills are important for this position.
  • Able to read and write English.
  • Operating a forklift is required for this position, however, we can train those without forklift experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • All applicants are subject to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Shift:

- 8 hour shift, 5 day workweek.

Our operation runs one shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:45pm.

-Overtime may be involved, but is very rare.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: $19 per hour based on work history and experience
