Ticket Boat is actively seeking new talent to join our growing team of Accounting Clerks. An accounting clerk assists accounting departments with various tasks. These professionals process invoices, organize office mail, record business transactions, and manage customer accounts on any given day. If you enjoy working with a diversified team of Entertainment enthusiasts who simply enjoy making things run smoothly for our customers, we would love to hear from you. The position is in office positions at our office in the Mission, KS.

Responsibilities

  • Intense focus on the task at hand while limiting distractions and also being able to multi-task when the need arises.  
  • Utilization of designated computer-based products/processes to perform duties while moving back and forth between systems freely.
  • Keeps all performance metrics in good standing.
  • Complete all required computer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accurate and timely data entry within databases.
  • Communication with team members/management consistently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelors preferred.
  • 1-2 years of office experience.

Skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written.
  • Engaging in a positive, empathetic, and professional way with customers and colleagues at all times.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience using general office equipment, software systems, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Judgment and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze information, data, trends and results of various types.

Special Requirements

  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • This is an in-office position.
  • Predominately sedentary work for up to eight hours a day.
