As part of the Clore Team you will be responsible for managing several steps within the Warranty Process.  This process is essential to satisfying our customers and to our long-term success at Clore.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Checking in products returned under our warranty policy, which includes:
    • Opening packages and retrieving products and documents
    • Entering required information about the returned products into our ERP system
    • Testing the products to determine the proper course of action
    • Routing the products to the correct next step /station
  • Returning the units to the customer after all repair processes are completed
    • Processing already packaged items via our shipping software
  • Providing good recordkeeping of all the warranty work completed on behalf of the customer
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and making suggestions that benefit Clore and the customer
  • Performing your work in a safety conscious manner. We take safety seriously at Clore
  • Being a good teammate and helping out other teammates as needs arise is vital to our success at Clore
  • Other duties within the warehouse may be assigned depending on workload or other priorities

Qualifications

  • - Must be able to handle regular and continuous lifting and placing of cartons. This position handles products weighing up to 50 pounds with occasional heavier weights (most individual items weigh less than 25 pounds each)
  • - Ability to stand and move continually as this is a position that requires movement throughout the day
  • - Typing at 30-40 WPM (average speed) is preferred or the ability to get to that level over time.
  • - Forklift experience is not required for this position, but is a plus when other  opportunities to contribute arise
  • -Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • - Solid general math skills (+-*/) are a plus and assist with the counting of product.

 Other:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • All applicants are subject to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Shift:

  • - 8 hour shift, 5 day workweek.
  • Our operation runs one shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:45pm
  • -Overtime may be involved, but is very rare

Job Type: Full-time

 

Salary: $19 per hour based on work history and experience
