The AAVSB is seeking a Licensure Data Associate who is a skilled technical assistant and is responsible for the maintenance of the VIVA database by processing queued data for new and revised records. The qualified candidate should possess strong database and data analysis acumen, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, good judgment, and be an extraordinary collaborator.

Job Qualifications to be successful in this role:
Experience
Required: Minimum of one year of demonstrable experience in data-focused administrative or technical role. Experience may be substituted by relevant education or certifications.
Preferred: One or more years relevant experience in a nonprofit association, education or credentialing setting, or similar environment. Advancing skills in data processing or data management proven by career and/or educational development.

This is a full-time and non-exempt position. Work is performed under the direction of the Licensure Data Manager.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000

The AAVSB is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. This position may be virtual/remote with the understanding that there may be required company-paid travel to Overland Park, Kansas throughout the year.
