The American Association of Veterinary State Boards is a not-for-profit membership organization comprised of 62 Member Boards dedicated to the proper and efficient regulation of veterinary medicine in the interest of public protection. The AAVSB is in search of a Full-Time Program Associate (VAULT). This administrative position will be responsible for the review and processing of applications and maintaining the accuracy and data integrity of information stored in the organization's database. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to application processing, database management, project participation and administrative assistance. Work includes extensive contact with veterinarians and veterinary technicians utilizing VAULT services and participating in the Veterinary Care Elite program, Member Boards, and other related agencies to ensure accurate and timely exchange of examination, licensure, and disciplinary information from AAVSB’s VIVA database. Serves as a member of the VAULT team.
Compensation: $40,000 - $44,000

Education and Experience:
Required: Associate degree and three years of relevant office and customer service experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in an education setting or nonprofit association.
Details:
The AAVSB is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. This position may be virtual/remote with the understanding that there will be required company-paid travel to Overland Park, Kansas, and other locations throughout the year.
