Three Dog Bakery, a client of OMNI Human Resource Management, is the Original Bakery for Dogs and a pioneer in the premium dog treat industry. Since 1989, they have been manufacturing and distributing delicious, all-natural dog treats to Food/Drug/Mass and Pet Specialty retailers in the US and Internationally.

Three Dog Bakery is seeking to hire Part-time Sales Associates to support the Three Dog Bakery retail store located in Kansas City, MO at Country Club Plaza. The Sales Associate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the bakery shop. They will be responsible to ensure the customer’s needs are met and service is quick, friendly and efficient. They will maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards, become familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of retail sales and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish daily goals. Sales Associate will report to the store manager/owner.

Please note, this role will work approximately 15-20 hours a week, with the need for evening and weekend shift availability.

Working at the Kansas City, MO Country Club Plaza location, this role will report directly to the store manager/owner.

  • Up-sell & Cross-sell by demonstrating products and interacting with customers.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels for all fresh-baked items.

• Assist with daily store operations.
• Provide continual creative suggestions & ideas for:
  • Increasing store sales
  • New Products to sell
  • Store window displays
  • Special events & promotional ideas
  • Merchandising

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have weekend and holiday availability.
• Be willing to learn and take instruction well.
• Have an outgoing personality and the ability to interact well with people and dogs to make their experience in the bakery fun and enjoyable.
• Ability and willingness to keep busy throughout the day.
• Be organized and diligent with paperwork and be accurate and knowledgeable with the point of sale.
• To have a true love of dogs, to look out for their best interest and suggest beneficial products for their health, happiness and well being.
