Great Plains SPCA is searching for a Marketing and Events Coordinator for the Merriam, Kansas location. Great Plains one of the largest shelters in the Kansas City metro area. We provided quality shelter care for over 4,000 animals yearly. We provide daily care, medical care, and enrichment for our shelter animals. We provide foster and forever home placements, pet behavior training services, and HERO Community Outreach.
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will create content and stories for Great Plains SPCA’s marketing and social media channels while supporting our events team in executing and running events onsite and offsite. This role works collaboratively across the organization to appropriately address the marketing needs and articulate a cohesive and compelling message across selected channels.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm
