OMNI has been retained by United Way of Greater Kansas City in their search for a Director, Workplace Giving. UWGKC serves as a non-profit, focused on bettering the communities of Kansas City by providing or allocating social services focused on health, education and financial stability.
This high-level leader believes that solutions to complex social problems are possible when Kansas Citians are united for transformative change.
Primary responsibility is for the development and execution of comprehensive corporate relationship management strategies and donor retention within the Workplace Giving Teams’ portfolio. Manages and directs a team of Workplace Giving Managers and Associates, ensuring the execution of tailored strategies necessary to establish and preserve UWGKC as the primary philanthropic conduit between Corporate Partners, their employees, and the greater Kansas City community. Ensures the delivery of a year-round engaging experience for all Corporate Partners within team’s portfolio. This position reports to the Vice President, Workplace Giving.
