The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and generating schedules for inquiries and confirmed studies, tracking study progress for the entire life-cycle of the project through report finalization by reviewing study protocols and amendments for changes affecting the schedule and maintaining appropriate Altasciences databases. This position will work across all functions of the organization to ensure project success.

    • Maintains Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
    • Supports Business Development, Client Project Manager and Study Director in generating overall study timing for new inquiries
    • Supports Business Development, Client Project Manager and Study Director in ensuring resource availability and finalizing schedules for confirmed studies as well as monitor and report project schedules
    • Coordinates with operational groups to determine project schedules that will meet both clients’ requested timing and internal resources.
    • Maintains estimated study initiation, completion and report timing to be current according to Protocols, Protocol Amendments and other applicable information in the SNBL Database
    • Ensures study detail information on databases is current and accurate
    • Trains users of Altasciences database to ensure the study status is current and project completion is on track
    • Assist Client Project Manager, Study Director and Principle Investigator in setting up client visits


    • BA or BS in Science or Business
    • 1-3 years experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SalesForce
    • Project management experience preferred but not required
