    Responsibilities

    The Customer Care Specialist serves as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person. This individual must be resourceful to provide high-level customer service to all members/customers, both external and internal, in a fast-paced environment. Key accountabilities include:

    • Respond to all inquiries including but not limited to email, phone and walk-in customers.
    • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
    • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and delivering findings.
    • Maintain contact center database by entering information accurately and quickly.
    • Provide administrative support across all departments as needed, including data entry/reporting, assembling written materials, filing, equipment check out, front desk staffing, office supply stocking, and business machine management.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or similar role greeting and directing a high volume of visitors/callers in a positive and helpful manner.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with office automation equipment, including phones, computers, and scanners as well as Microsoft Office, CRM systems and social networking.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
    • Ideal candidate is creative, energetic, curious, proactive and eager to learn.
    • High school diploma required.
    • Bilingual skills (oral and written) a plus.
