    We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer experienced in commercial high rise office buildings for our Town Pavilion location.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform various mechanical inspections and follow up on deficiencies.
    • Improve and maintain the physical appearance and mechanical integrity of the property.
    • Respond to tenant calls regarding emergency and maintenance issues including alarms, power outages, plumbing, minor repairs and similar.
    • Promote positive tenant and customer relations.
    • Be on call for emergency situations.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on building/properties.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum (3) years’ recent work experience in commercial office environment; on call experience for at least (1) year.
    • Electrical, plumbing and general carpentry experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent plus additional education from comprehensive certification program or an Associate’s Degree.
    • Universal CFC license.
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
    • EMS and HVAC experience a plus.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (ladders, boxes, etc.)
    • Comfortable working in all weather conditions, stressful situations and construction areas.
