Our client, a leading research company seeks an Sr. Information Technology Technician to support employee’s usage and function of internal technology such as computers, telephones, software, laptops, mobile phones, etc. Utilizing an automated Help Desk System this role will maintain, track and respond to user requests and provide efficient and lasting solutions. Acting as a resource and source of knowledge, the IT Sr. Information Technology Technician will be expected to oversee, support, and coach Junior technicians to supplement the IT department and System Administrators.
