    Do you want a fast-paced, exciting and innovative career in research? Vince and Associates Clinical Research is currently looking for a Full-Time Training Administrator for their Overland Park, KS campus.

    Altasciences Clinical Research, encompassing Algorithme Pharma, Vince and Associates Clinical Research and Algorithme Pharma USA, is one of the largest early phase clinical research organizations (CROs) in North America. As a leading, full-service CRO, we have extensive expertise in the execution of a wide range of Phase I/II clinical studies, especially complex trials in healthy normal volunteers and patient populations.

    The Training Administrator at VACR is primarily responsible for the management and organization of training documentation.This position will work closely with the Phase I Clinical Research department and will be expected to communicate frequently with each Department head to assure accurate and timely training documentation.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Exhibit a Professional demeanor at all times
    • Enter training documentation electronically and manage associated documents
    • Track and organize training documentation in an effective and timely manner, providing comprehensive and detailed updates to direct reports.
    • Communicate department training progress to each employee and/or department head  
    • Adhere to OSHA regulations and guidelines
    • Perform other duties as required

    Qualifications

    •  High school diploma or GED
    • One year in an administrative setting (preferred)

    • Excellent Internal (intradepartmental) and External (training consultants, companies, sponsors, regulatory agencies) communication skills

    • Able to receive real time performance feedback

    • Must be willing to wear required PPE (when applicable)

    • Must have a fundamental understanding of computer operations and applications
