    The Administrative Assistant acts as a support for the Screen Team.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Receive volunteers’ binder from the QC team and make copies of the consent forms, EKG’s, etc.
    • File original copies back into the volunteers’ binders and give the volunteer the stamped copies of the related study documents
    • Escort the volunteer to the payment window to complete their visit
    • Complete necessary documentation in the volunteer binder if the volunteer was a screen fail- lining through specific documents and hand writing the date, month, year on each page with your initials
    • Assist other departments as necessary and perform all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High School degree required
    • 1 year Administrative experience
    • Ability to interface with busy clinicians and nurses
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills
