    Do you want a fast-paced, exciting and innovative career in research? Vince and Associates Clinical Research is currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for their Overland Park, KS campus.

    Altasciences Clinical Research, encompassing Algorithme Pharma, Vince and Associates Clinical Research and Algorithme Pharma USA, is one of the largest early phase clinical research organizations (CROs) in North America. As a leading, full-service CRO, we have extensive expertise in the execution of a wide range of Phase I/II clinical studies, especially complex trials in healthy normal volunteers and patient populations.

    The Administrative Assistant performs general administrative duties to assist with start-up, regulatory and maintenance activities for Clinical Research studies. This position must be detail oriented and have the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at any given time in a fast paced environment. The two available positions will work directly to supplement either the Study support team or the Regulatory clinical research team.



    • Process and track existing and new certifications and/or licenses in order for them remain up to date and allow the holder of each certificate and/or license to participate on research studies.
    • Keep CVs up to date with all study information and training.
    • Collect, revise and maintain Delegation of Authority logs and protocol specific training documentation
    • Facilitate the execution of required regulatory documents, such as obtaining signatures
    • Update and review databases used to track regulatory related documents and study activities
    • Maintain paper-based and electronic study files
    • Under direction- maintain, update and communicate study timelines
    • Compile comments and track changes within documents from key team members
    • Arrange study transportation as needed
    • Schedule meetings within MS Outlook and Cisco Webex
    • Perform other related activities as assigned


    •  High School diploma or equivalent related administrative experience
    • Competency in Microsoft Office software, including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint
    • Competency in Adobe Acrobat
    • Demonstrate ability to work independently to solve complex problems
    • Exhibit excellent communication (both verbal and written in English)
    • Exhibit excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively with acute attention to detail
    • Ability to interface with busy clinicians and doctors
