    Responsibilities

    Assist in all Trust Company activities as needed, related to the day-to-day administration of Custodial accounts with the objective of providing quality service to clients and advisor firms. 

    • Process Custodial account transactional requirements including: recurring and ad-hoc distributions, bill payments, and allocation of receipt of funds.
    • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
    • Review Custodial accounts annually within required time frame.
    • Provide Quality Control with emphases to detail.
    • Provide outstanding client service to internal and external clients.
    • Resolve, investigate and analyze simple to complex problems.
    • Respond to and communicate effectively with client.
    • Monitor and address any outstanding issues promptly.
    • Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentially both internal and external to the organization.
    • Maintain process documentation and training aids.
    • Cross-train with Trust Administrator in order to cover his/her Trust duties during absence.
    • Train Trust Administrator within Team in order for him/her to cover custodial duties during absence.

     

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 3 – 5 years financial services experience required.
    • Industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and unique assets. 
    • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment.
    • Ability to multitask with high aptitude for detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM).
    • Proficient in Adobe Professional, experience with mail mergers in Word and Adobe preferred.
    • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills. 
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a hands-on, fluid, entrepreneurial environment.
