    The Trust Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and the supervision of the Operations Team.  The Trust Operations team is directly responsible for the back room support of the Trust Company.  An ideal candidate will have a background in Trust Operations, expertise in client relationships, competency, interpersonal skills and previous supervisory experience. 


    • Lead and supervise team of professionals that serve as the back room support to the Trust Company.
    • Perform and monitor functions executed by the team ensuring that the proper balancing and quality control checks are followed according to outlined processes and procedures.
    • Risk mitigation.
    • Meet with direct reports on a regular basis to discuss both team and individual objectives / performance.
    • Resolve, investigate and analyze simple to complex problems.
    • Obtain and report upon metrics as gathered by team.
    • Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients including Trust Company Management Team.
    • Monitor and address outstanding issues timely.
    • Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentially both internal and external to the organization.
    • Recognize and promote new process innovation in the redesign of business processes by achieving straight through processing with controls by capturing transaction information at point of entry.



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
    • 5 years supervisory and leadership experience is required.
    • 5 years of Trust Operations experience with robust industry knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and unique assets. 
    • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM).
    • Proficient in Adobe Professional, experience with mail mergers in Word and Adobe preferred.
    • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills. 
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a hands-on, fluid, entrepreneurial environment.
