    Assist the Senior Accountant in the execution of processes required to ensure that the books and records for National Advisors Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries - National Advisors Trust Company, National Advisors Trust South Dakota, and National Advisors Concierge Services - are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting principles.


    • Administer the company’s disbursement activities and corporate credit card program.
    • Coordinate the company’s invoicing and receipts activities.
    • Reconcile the company’s investment portfolios and cash accounts monthly.
    • Reconcile and maintain all subsidiary ledgers for fixed assets, receivables, accruals, and prepaids on a monthly basis.
    • Calculate and administer quarterly board of directors and committee fees.
    • Administer and report on the company’s charge off activities.
    • Calculate, prepare and post monthly general ledger entries.
    • Support the Financial Analyst in producing the monthly financial reporting package for NAH and each of its subsidiary companies.
    • Prepare annual 1099 tax filings for vendors and the IRS.
    • Assist in the annual financial audit activities.
    • Assist in the annual tax return preparation activities.
    • Manage the shareholder log and transaction records for NAH stock.
    • Develop accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.
    • Assist other departments with accounting questions by researching, analyzing and interpreting data.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting required
    • Qualified candidate should desire to work for a small firm.
    • Candidates must be open to learning and cross-functional experiences      
    • Experience in a financial institution a plus
    • 2 years of accounting experience preferred
