The Securities Data Attributes Processor is a member of the Securities team and is responsible for the accurate processing of the data attributes for market and unique securities while providing superior customer service to our clients through effective operational system support. 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate set up and maintenance of new and existing market securities in accordance to defined specifications.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate set up and maintenance of new and existing unique, non-market securities in accordance to client specifications.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate pricing of securities, both daily and at month end
  • Research and respond to client inquiries related to security definition or pricing
  • Responsible for the processing of various client electronic forms
  • Maintains working knowledge of the securities procedures to provide effective back-up during peer absence.
  • Create, update, and ongoing review of procedures and daily checklists
  • Offers exceptional client service by providing timely analysis, research and resolution to client or CSR inquiries and issue resolution
  • Tests custom and release software enhancements related to job duties
  • Responsible to keep manager informed of issues impacting team

 

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Contacts contra party/clients/vendors for problem resolution
  • Maintain effective working relationships by handling peer and management interactions in a positive and cooperative manner
  • Prepares and distributes status reports and project updates per schedule to manager and Executive Management.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of trust accounting principals and the securities industry
  • Must be detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse client base of financial professionals
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a high volume situation with time constraints with minimal supervision.
  • College or Technical Education or equivalent experience.
