Due tot NATC’s continued growth, we currently seek a Business Development Trust Consultant.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Trust Consultant (Trust Consultant) works directly with advisors, educating, coaching and consulting with them, with the ultimate goal of obtaining referrals and driving new business.  The Trust Consultant helps advisors understand our specific business model and its benefits, and demonstrates to advisors the power of trust for their business. The Trust Consultant is highly responsive and skilled at compassionately coaching advisors across the trust knowledge spectrum, whether advisors are new to trusts or well versed on trusts. The Trust Consultant is also an advocate for trust acceptance with National Advisors’ Risk Committee. Overall, the trust consultant is a magnet for new business and a creative problem solver finding solutions to advisors’ difficult issues.

  • Obtain referrals and drive new business.
  • Work with advisors to educate, coach and consult on our business model, how it works, and its benefits.
  • Respond quickly to inquiries and opportunities, and provide educational materials to advisors.
  • Guide advisors through the company’s trust referral process, and completion of the Trust Referral Form and other forms necessary to trust referrals.
  • Understand clients’ needs and challenges and provide creative solutions with our trust solutions.
  • Be proactive in following up regularly with advisors.
  • Advocate for trust acceptance with National Advisors’ Risk Committee.
  • Communicate proactively and responsively with the Trust Team.
  • Escalate problematic matters promptly.
  • Provide support for other projects as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, high-energy worker.

  • Highly responsive.
  • Skilled at educating advisors on the power of trust and on National Advisors’ business model.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to provide excellent service to external and internal clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred experience with CRM.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
