Founded in 2013, Our client, Axiom Property Management, manages multifamily properties throughout the Kansas City area.  Each property is maintained by a team of dedicated professionals working together to ensure residents are served well and feel right at home.  They are seeking Construction Technicians to work in a team environment preparing apartments for new residents in their Gladstone, Lee's Summit, Olathe, Gardner, Springhill and Eudora communities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general carpentry, electrical and plumbing on projects such as the installation of: tub surrounds, exterior doors, decks, and counter tops among other construction related projects.
  • Assist in maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the community at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, certification or degree in related function is a plus
  • Experience with general carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
  • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and spend 60% of the workday standing or performing physical activity
  • Applicants being considered for employment must pass a background check, drug screen and a pre-employment physical that replicates the demands of the position on the property.
