    Founded in 2013, Our client, Axiom Property Management, manages multifamily properties across the Kansas City area.  Each property is maintained by a team of dedicated professionals working together to ensure residents are served well and feel right at home.  They are seeking a Leasing Agent to work in a team environment servicing one of their properties in the Kansas City area.

    The Leasing Agent is the property's sales representative and serves as the first line of communication with residential prospects.  This position reports to the Community Manager. Primary responsibilities are:

    • Ensures prospects and current residents are greeted in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
    • Present professionally the features and benefits of the assigned community.
    • Secures lease agreements and qualifies new residents.


    • High School Diploma or GED, National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation a plus.
    • 2+ years leasing and closing experience
    • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to work a flexible work week (some weekend work is required)
