    The Community Manager is fully accountable for all property operations and reports to Axiom's President.  The purpose of the Community Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources to ensure maximizing occupancy levels and property values.





    The responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to, managing income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties that are involved in the day to day operations. In addition the Community Manager will:

    • Train associates to assume all duties of the Community Manager in the event of his/her absence.
    • Oversee all hiring, training, motivating and supervision of on-site staff.
    • Participate in the scheduling and coordination of all maintenance activities, including timely repairs and reconditioning after move-out.
    • Manage all marketing and leasing activities including market surveys, competitive awareness and property showings.
    • Ensure safety measures are in place and followed including proper handling of property incidents, and workers compensation claims.


    • High School Diploma or GED, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation a plus.
    • 3+ years experience in the field of on-site property management.
    • 1+ years experience as a Community Manager with direct supervisory responsibilities.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
